Seen it ... LOVED it!

Favourite line from TG: (when Jerri buys Candy the earrings) Ooh! Festive!!

I spent ages trying to guess who the serial killer was. And it was the first person I guessed, but I kept changing my mind throughout! Earrings ... Earrings everywhere ...

Anyway thought it was really good, loved the killer as a character too. Wanted him to hook up with David. Love the name Kane ... reminds me of Christian Kane (yum) ... and ... most importantly, I knew they'd end up letting that cat in.

Freakiest moment - when the S+M lady (can't remember her name) tells her client he has to go because "someone scary" is coming! Gah!

Two other films I rented were Little Miss Sunshine (Some brilliant one liners "Welcome to Hell" LOL, including the conversation about sarcasm and the Dwayne's first line after being silent for 9 months "FUUUUUUCCCCCCKKKKK!!!!!!". Classic.)

And the History Boys (anyone who wanted to see a film practically fuelled by schoolboy Homoeroticism ... see this. Loved it. Dakin was the most interesting character, his chemistry with Irwin was substantial, whilst Posen's unrequited love was sad).

Anyway, leave a comment if you have anything to say, or if you want to personally congratulate me on having kept this blog thing up please do, :P ... kidding on that last one ... I think ... xxx

Impulse Buyer

I've ordered "Love and Human Remains" on DVD. I know it was a total impulse buy. That's what most of my DVDs are and I love my expansive DVD collection!

I actually may have to sell some of my DVDs, so if anyone's interested, I'll post what I have to sell ...

Anyway, it was just sitting there, leering at me, on Amazon at about £6. Region 2 DVD.

Rambling ...

I've decided to try and regularly update this whole blog thing .. which I've never been very good at before ... but here goes nothing!

Okay, so I'm currently sitting in my increibly warm bedroom (83F to be exact; go clocks that tell you the temperature!) and I'm listening to Jeff Buckley - which is making me incredibly sad, the man was such an inspiration. I have Lake Placid on mute on my TV, so I'm not really following it - the TV as been on mute for most of the day, but in the minute I'm going to leave the comfort of iTunes to put on a Criminal Minds episode.

As those of you who know me will know, I fall fast and hard and am currently pining for Criminal Minds Season two. I've emailed CBS and Five about the lack of Criminal Minds on my screen, so hopefully I'll get a reply soon.

... Well actually I emailed CBS to ask if they could send me a copy of a Movie Special which aired in 2004. Doubtful, I know - but you gotta try. I'm a bit embaressed now though, because I'm sure I used the terms "2004" and "last year", which in my head would make this 2005. LoL!

I've been *avoiding writing essays* searching on YouTube for most of the day for Hotch/Reid videos. After seeing Season two screencaps I've decided I'm definately a shipper. Thomas Gibson is mine though ... so stay away Gubler! I'd share him with the Gibson Girlies of course, but Gubler will have to find his own man-love. Which shouldn't be too hard, the guy is kooky ... but strangely satisfying.

Anyway, other topics and random thoughts: Martha (H&A) is a stupid sponge, my mother is annoying me with her constant nagging about electricity and global warming (Gah! Naive-much?) and I've discovered that the LJ Community is a fantastic place to find fan icons, fics etc - awesome. Now I have TG on my iPod - mobile TG!

And .. FINALLY ... check out this cool site (Great as it means I can decode all the language I learnt from Joss Whedon and have since applied in my everyday life :P): www.urbandictionary.com

A description of the site: "Bust out your pimped-out Sidekick, type in that shiznat and booyah, you got your definition" Grr. So many grammatical errors! (Speaking of which, "There have been two killings" (Source: News) is, to me, NOT grammatically correct. 'Killing' should never be used as a noun, like 'Murder' would be .. only as a verb, and possibly an adjective.... wait ... Aah! Geekiness!)

So, Night, Morning, or just "Hello" depending on where in the world you come from (and if no-one's reading this, I guess just "Hi" to the wholesome (HA!) voices in my head) I'll try and update soon, but until then if you want to leave a comment about my fantastic ramblings please do. Also, if you know how I can spice this up with a header ... please help - because I can't figure it out!

Two more Hotch icons and my Nan's crush ..

Okay, so my Nan and Grandad have been staying with us for like a week, and although I love them, now that they've gone home ... I'm so glad to get my own bed back! Because naturally I'm the one who has to be turfed out ... grr. I would mind only Nan couldn't stop gushing about Mandy Patinkin all the while she was here ... "Oooh, his voice!" ... quite sweet really.

I believe I've also joined two LJ communities. Hopefully at least ... hard to work this thing. It's about time too, I've had this journal for ages. I hope to have joined :P the BAU Inbox and Gibson_girls (*mmmm*) ... ao we'll see.

Also, rules regarding icons that I haven't previously mentioned:

OH MY GOD - Forgot to mention ... Hotch/Reid ... I now totally get!!! Yum! I feel I'm gonna have to become a fervant shipper! Anyone who shares these thoughts? I hear in non-season1 episodes, they hug after something happens to Spence - Can't wait!

I love this show! I just got Season 1 on DVD and can't wait for Season 2 over here in the UK. I'm a spoiler fiend though, so i already know what happens!
